Staff can undergo annual health checkups at any of Wellness Communications’s nationwide contracted medical checkup facilities.
If you are eligible to have a checkup, please do so by checking either the "Guide to the Annual health checkup" attached to the headquarters email/store notice from the company or the details below.

Click here for the staff assigned overseas. (Do not use this if you are currently residing in Japan.)

• * You may only have one of the following per year: a health checkup at a medical checkup facility or other medical checkup facility, or at FR Ariake office and Yamaguchi office.

Eligible members

Employees with employee status (classified as junior employees “Jun Shain” or above) at Fast Retailing Group (FR) in Japan as of February 28, 2025, and who continue to hold that status on the day of the health checkup.

• * If you are a store employee and an eligible member, your name will appear on the notice sent by the headquarters in April, so check there.
• * Those who are eligible for the health checkup at the time of employment on and after March 1, 2025 are not eligible for the annual health checkup.
• * Board members are also eligible if insured by FR Health Insurance Organization.
• * If you are a temporary “arbeit” employee aged 40 years or older and a member of FR Health Insurance Organization, you are also required to take the health checkup by law. So, please make sure to undergo the checkup. If you are under 40 years old, you can undergo the health checkup on a voluntary basis.
• * Not eligible if you have become a temporary “arbeit” employee (FR Health Insurance Organization non-member) after April 01.

• * A lot of people are making appointments for Standard checkup and Advanced checkup, so please make an appointment early if you want to have one.
