Dependents living in japan can undergo health checkups at any of Wellness Communications’s nationwide contracted medical checkup facilities.
If you are eligible to have a checkup, please check the "Guide to the Health checkup" and make an appointment.

Schedule
Appointment period: Monday, March 31, 2025 - Thursday, January 15, 2026
Checkup period: Monday, April 14, 2025 - Saturday, January 31, 2026
- * Please schedule health checkups at least two weeks from the date you ask for an appointment.
- * A lot of people are making appointments for Standard checkup and Advanced checkup, so please make an appointment early if you want to have one.
- * You cannot make an appointment, a Health Checkup Application or receive a health checkup on dates other than those listed above.
Eligible members
- Spouse who became a member of the FR Health Insurance Organization by April 1, 2025
- Dependents other than a spouse who became a member of the FR Health Insurance Organization by April 1, 2025 and will become 40 years or older in FY 2026 (April to March)
