Dependents living in japan can undergo health checkups at any of Wellness Communications’s nationwide contracted medical checkup facilities.
If you are eligible to have a checkup, please check the "Guide to the Health checkup" and make an appointment.

Schedule

Appointment period: Monday, March 30, 2026 - Thursday, January 14, 2027
Checkup period: Monday, April 13, 2026 - Saturday, January 30, 2027

  • * Please schedule health checkups at least two weeks from the date you ask for an appointment.
  • * A lot of people are making appointments for Standard checkup and Advanced checkup, so please make an appointment early if you want to have one.
  • * You cannot make an appointment, a Health Checkup Application or receive a health checkup on dates other than those listed above.

Eligible members

Persons eligible for the family health checkup in FY2026 are as follows.
Those who have become a member of FR Health Insurance Organization by April 1, 2026, and are still a member on the day of the　checkup:
(1) Spouse (Wife / Husband)
Or
(2) Dependents who will become 40 years or　older in FY2026 (April to March)
Supplement: Family members who became a member of FR Health Insurance Organization after the above date are ineligible for a checkup in FY 2026.
